The discharging equipment applies powerful stretching and pressing forces which reduce waste to less than 1 %. Minimal residue keeps both product and packaging waste low while supporting environmental and cost-efficiency goals.
Reduced changeovers
Switching to 1000-liter Fluid-Bags instead of 200-liter drums, cuts the number of required changeovers by a factor of four, with the automated system ensuring efficient handling of each container change.
Product protection
The sealed system ensures clean, contamination-free grease discharge, a key requirement in steel plants where heavy dust and airborne particles would otherwise compromise product quality and lubrication reliability.
