Introducing new high-viscosity cosmetic products, created challenges in handling and transferring thick materials efficiently. There was no suitable technology available on site for high-viscosity products. Therefore, different solutions were explored, and Squeeze Solution proved to be an excellent option.

Compared to metal container systems, flexible Fluid-Bags provide a clean, space-saving solution for internal transporting of high-viscosity creams. The closed system eliminates the need for container cleaning and ensures efficient, nearly complete product discharge, optimizing both production and storage.

The automatic discharge roller communicates directly with the filling line, ensuring a steady supply of products between the machines.

Less waste

The viscous cream can be fully emptied from the Fluid-Bags. Residue levels drop to less than 1%, recovering product that previously went to waste.
